products are sold and shipped worldwide. FedEx
and UPS are the answer for reliable, cost effective delivery of your packages - with the consistent
handling and professional attention you expect from FedEx and UPS. Fedex Ground delivers packages to
all business addresses in the USA, Canada and Puerto Rico, and to every residential address in the
US with FedEx Home Delivery service. The typical delivery time is one to five business days within
the 48 states, depending on the shipping method and distance from origin to destination.
We try to deliver packages to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada
and Puerto Rico in

to 7 business days.
Returns
- All returns must reference an RMA number.
- Packages returned without a valid RMA number will be refused.
- Please note shipping is not refundable.
- In order to obtain a refund, returns must be requested within 7 days of the receipt of
order.
- All returns are subject to restock fee.
- KVMSwitchTech reserves the right to inspect the returned products. Additional restock fee
may apply for excessive damage or wear of products.
- All returns must include every component originally shipped with the products. Any missing
components will have their cost individually deducted from the original purchase amount.
- Custom orders are non-refundable. Please check with your Sales Representative at the time of
placing the order for more details.
- Customer is responsible for return freight charges. For cross shipment items, we are only
responsible for ground shipping charges. Any other shipping service is at the cost of the
customer.
- Please note 3% Credit Card processing fees is non-refundable on returns
Warranty Policy
KVMSwitchTech.com offers at least 1 year warranty on
all its products. Please note all products
are covered by manufacturers' warranty. Some products come with 2 or 3 year Warranty. Please
contact us for complete details.
